Tutto è andato come doveva andare, dall'hotel, al rafting di Onda selvaggia, al giardino litoraneo di Rosolina. Ora la legge dichiara che trascorsi 18 mesi il voucher deve essere rimborsato e loro si rifiutano. Siamo in tanti ad essere i non rimborsati, solo per noi sono 9000 euro! E sono molti altri.Questa è disonestà. La vostra risposta non è pertinente in quanto ci avete già comunicato che ha alla scadenza di 24 mesi siccome non avresti sufficiente denaro per risarcire tutti quelli che vogliono il rimborso del viaggio non avreste mai dato il denaro richiesto e avremmo dovuto farvi causa e ci avete addirittura detto on-line davanti a 60 persone che piuttosto avreste fatto fallimento e chiuso l'agenzia! Nonostante l’emergenza Covid-19 e nonostante i contatti solo telefonici, abbiamo trovato insieme un’alternativa al viaggio iniziale ed è stato comunque tutto perfetto.
