La ricetta è segretissima, non chiedetela ai gestori del bar, non la conoscono, ma vi possono servire una colazione con vasta scelta di brioche, crostate e pasticceria secca. Torte e dolci preparati su ordinazione. Ottimi i gelati artigianali, da provare assolutamente la coppa GB, una coccola esagerata per bontà e per quantità. Il personale è gentile e cordiale, molto bello l'ampio dehor coperto per un aperitivo con tanti amici.
The original Gavi amaretti are here, in the G.B. Traverso. The recipe is top-notch, don't ask the managers of the bar, they don't know it, but they can serve you a breakfast with a wide selection of brioche, tarts and dry pastries. Cakes and desserts prepared to order. Excellent homemade ice creams, absolutely worth trying the GB cup, an exaggerated cuddle for goodness and quantity. The staff is kind and friendly, the large outdoor area is very nice for an aperitif with many friends.

When the place is full of people, that's always a good sign! We got 3 sundaes of ice cream, all tastes were great, cream was great too.
