★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo locale. Personale qualificato e professionale. Abbiamo pranzato con una FRIsa e qualche rustico, poi dolce e caffè. Nel pomeriggio siamo tornati dopo la visita al castello per rinfrescarci. Tutto di ottima qualità. Rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da una professionalità e un’attenzione fuori dal comune dal gestore/titolare.
 Great local. Qualified and professional staff. We had lunch with a FRIsa and some rustic, then dessert and coffee. In the afternoon we returned after visiting the castle to freshen up. All of excellent quality. You were pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary professionalism and attention of the manager / owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giunto a Corigliano d'Otranto per visitate il castello ho parcheggiato a pochi passi da questo stupendo bar. Il palazzo é circondato da splendide luminarie. Sulla tenda del bar é riportato il nome in italiano e Greco μπαρ το κάστρο, il dialetto di Corigliano è il "griko" un greco misto all'italiano. All'interno ben arredato con luminare salentine ad illuminare la sala principale e una saletta stupenda con antiche fotografie bellissime. A parte la stupenda location. Bariste simpatiche e soprattutto un ottimo caffè leccese freddo. Chi ha gustato l'espresso, mia moglie che ne é una degustatrice esperta, lo ha valutato ottimo. Quindi non posso far altro che dare le 5 stelle con lode.
Once in Corigliano d'Otranto to visit the castle I parked a few steps from this wonderful bar. The palace is surrounded by splendid lights. The name in Italian and Greek is written on the bar curtain μπαρ το κάστρο, the dialect of Corigliano is "griko" a Greek mixed with Italian. Inside well furnished with Salento luminary to illuminate the main room and a wonderful room with beautiful ancient photographs. Apart from the wonderful location. Nice baristas and above all an excellent cold Lecce coffee. Who has tasted the espresso, my wife who is an expert taster, has evaluated it as excellent. So I can't help but give it 5 stars with honors.

All very good, from coffee to mignon pastries. The place is very nice, with a casual style, comfortable tables outside and nice coffee cups. Nice view of the castle.

Wide variety of gelatino (try the dark drown 'Azteca' ) and pastries. The home made ice tea and ice coffee are the best in Puglia.
Also checkout the old pictures on your way to the restrooms.
