STUPENDO!!! dalla location, ai piatti PAZZESCHI, alla calda accoglienza ricevuta e alle attenzioni non invadenti ma piacevoli ricevute dai proprietari e dal personale. Un elogio alla cucina che combina ingredienti opposti ma che si sposano perfettamente, e un elogio ai proprietari che ti accolgo facendoti sentire subito a tuo agio. Ovviamente non vedo l'ora di tornarci!! I had heard about it positively but never went, until yesterday. What to say? STUPENDOUS!!! from the location, to the CRAZY dishes, to the warm welcome received and to the unobtrusive but pleasant attention received from the owners and staff. A praise to the cuisine that combines opposite ingredients but which marry perfectly, and a praise to the owners who welcome you making you feel immediately at ease. Obviously I can't wait to go back !!

Serata splendida per atmosfera e cibo a conferma, se mai fosse stato necessario, della grande qualità dei piatti e della cortesia del servizio, ho aggiunto le fotografie della cena e a parer mio parlano da sole. I fratelli Papa, Gianbattista e Diego, oltre ad essere innamorati della loro professione sanno mettere a proprio agio i loro ospiti. Grande cortesia e attenzione nell’accoglienza di Gianbattista che riesce a essere presente al tavolo con delicatezza e discrezione. Estro e preparazione di Diego che con piatti sempre nuovi declina stagionalità e tradizione in una versione moderna della cucina sia locale, con ingredienti delle aziende agricole vicine, che di mare con pesce sempre fresco. Lasciatevi condurre dalle loro scelte e abbinamenti di cibo e vino sempre molto azzeccati e di rilievo. Sia per un pranzo che per cena in coppia ed in compagnia l’atmosfera sarà rilassata ed il tempo volerà via, complice una location con soli 7 tavoli tondi ed un arredamento di pregio senza risultare invadente. Da qualsiasi lato la vogliate vedere una visita al Gaudio è tempo ben investito per un regalo innanzitutto a se stessi ed ai propri accompagnatori. Update. We have chosen to spend the end of the year at Gaudio, never a better choice. Splendid evening for atmosphere and food confirming, if ever it was necessary, the great quality of the dishes and the courtesy of the service, I added the photos of the dinner and in my opinion they speak for themselves. The brothers Papa, Gianbattista and Diego, in addition to being in love with their profession, know how to put their guests at ease. Great courtesy and attention in the welcome of Gianbattista who manages to be present at the table with delicacy and discretion. Diego's flair and preparation who, with ever new dishes, declines seasonality and tradition in a modern version of both local cuisine, with ingredients from nearby farms, and seafood with always fresh fish. Let yourself be guided by their choices and combinations of food and wine that are always very spot on and relevant. For both lunch and dinner as a couple and in company, the atmosphere will be relaxed and time will fly away, thanks to a location with only 7 round tables and fine furnishings without being intrusive. From whichever side you want to see it, a visit to the Gaudio is time well invested for a gift first of all to yourself and your companions.
