★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che io vivo a Cremona e per raggiungerli devo percorrere 30 km. Sono stato da loro due volte perché avevo bisogno di un pezzo di ricambio per la mia Ford fiesta. La prima volta, una sabato mattina, mi hanno invitato a tornare in seguito in quanto mancando chi dovesse smontare il pezzo da un'altra macchina non potevano servirmi e contattandoli telefonicamente mi hanno garantito che avrei trovato il pezzo 2-3 giorni più tardi. Sono tornato il martedì e prima hanno provato a convincermi del fatto che NON ESISTESSE il pezzo in questione per la mia macchina e poi, una volta mostrategli varie foto che dimostravano come quel pezzo dovesse esserci, mi hanno liquidato con un "non lo abbiamo". Assolutamente sconsigliati e dirò a chiunque conosco di girare loro a largo. Purtroppo non si può dare meno di una stella...
I state that I live in Cremona and to reach them I have to travel 30 km. I've been to them twice because I needed a spare part for my Ford fiesta. The first time, on a Saturday morning, they invited me to come back later as they were unable to disassemble the piece from another machine and they couldn't help me and by contacting them by phone they guaranteed that I would find the piece 2-3 days later. I came back on Tuesday and first they tried to convince me that the piece did NOT EXIST for my car and then, once I showed them various photos that showed how it must have been, they dismissed me with a "we don't have it". Absolutely not recommended and I will tell anyone I know to turn them off. Unfortunately, you can't give less than a star ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuato soccorso stradale per foratura. Mi è stato detto che loro si occupano di riparazione gomme..... A distanza di qualche mese, la gomma da loro riparata inizia a perdere. Porto la macchina dal mio gommista di fiducia e scopro che il foro è stato riparato con il "tappa buchi"!!! La mia auto sicuramente non entrerà più in quell'officina..... Professionalità pari a zero!!!!
Roadside assistance was carried out due to puncture. I was told that they deal with tire repairs ..... After a few months, the tire they repaired starts to leak. I take the car to my trusted tire dealer and I discover that the hole has been repaired with the "hole plug" !!! My car will surely never enter that workshop anymore ..... Professionalism equal to zero !!!!
