Personale allegro, preparato e molto cortese. Annoverano anche prodotti biologici, senza glutine e confezionati. Dall'antipasto al dolce hanno tutto, vino compreso anche da portare via. Vado spesso a pranzo trovandosi in pieno centro ed avendo loro tre tavolini per consumo in loco. Adoro questo piccolo locale

Cheerful, knowledgeable and very courteous staff. They also include organic, gluten-free and packaged products. From appetizer to dessert they have everything, including wine to take away. I often go to lunch being in the center and having them three tables for consumption on site. I love this little venue

La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Ventimiglia, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi posti auto e moto che permettono ai clienti di posteggiare i veicoli agevolmente. L'interno del locale è molto ben organizzato e strutturato, il banco frigo è molto ben fornito di specialità molto accattivanti. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Ho individuato qualche specialità che potrebbe completare un pranzo importante. Tornerò sicuramente in futuro.
I went to the Gastronomy Rosticceria Salumeria the flavors of the table for curiosity. The property is located along the main street of Ventimiglia, in the immediate vicinity there are numerous parking spaces and motorcycles that allow customers to park their vehicles easily. The interior of the restaurant is very well organized and structured, the refrigerated counter is very well stocked with very appealing specialties. The staff is courteous and helpful. I have identified some specialties that could complete an important lunch. I will definitely come back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tous les mercredi il y a un menu vegan (chose très difficile à trouver sur la côte d'azur), avec une demi douzaine de plats différents à base de seitan, tofu, tempeh, substitut de viande/poisson, il y en a pour tous les goûts. C'est franchement succulent et pas cher pour la qualité fournie. C'est un traîteur mais on peut manger sur place il y a des tables.
Tutti i mercoledi c'è un menu vegan (molto difficile da trovare in zona sia da questa parte del confine che dall'altra) DA URLO, con ben 6 piatti diversi a base di seitan, tofu, tempeh, "falso" pesce/carne vegetale, gustosissimi ed a prezzi contenuti. E una trattoria ma ci sono tavoli se vuoi mangiare li.
Every wednesday this trattoria (you can take away or eat there) has a vegan menu with about 6 different dishes featuring seitan, tofu, tempeh, meat/fish analogues, etc.. Very tasty and also cheap. Places that prepare vegan dishes are VERY rare in this area (both italian and french riviera), if you are vegan you MUST go eat there.
Cada miercoles hacen un menu vegan riquissimo, y ademas muy barato por los precios de la riviera italiana/francesa. Lugares donde hacen platos veganos son muy raros en esta zona, se eres vegan y pasas por la côte d'azur/riviera di ponente no puedes no ir en ese sitio. Se puede comer alli o llevar la comida.
