Abbinamenti geniali e super azzeccati, per non parlare degli impasti di ogni tipo, assolutamente perfetti, e la frittura incredilmente leggera.
Simply sublime, a sensory experience not to be missed, the best panzerotti I have ever eaten, but calling them panzerotti is an understatement. Brilliant and super well-chosen combinations, not to mention the absolutely perfect doughs of all kinds, and the incredibly light frying.
