Questo credo che sia un buon segno di gradimento da parte della clientela! Personalmente, l'unica cosa che non mi piace molto, è che mettono i wustel nel ripieno per il pollo allo spiedo. Primi immersi in bagni di sugo crudo, mix di formaggi e non parmigiano. Sarà pure una istituzione dovuto agli anni in cui sta lì ma non è certamente una istituzione dal punto di vista di qualità o di eccellenza nella cucina. At one time especially Sicilian cuisine was renowned but certainly not for Papale. Chicken always from the day before, full of feathers badly cleaned.
