Meraviglioso...la gente cordiale ...ama parlare di sé ...tutto questo l'ho trovato in questa gastronomia ...ove ho capito che l'Italia è una nazione che fa invidia...questo è quello che tutto il mondo teme ... Io ringrazio la signora del negozio per avermi mostrato e raccontato tutto della tradizione culinaria cremasca ... perché il mangiare è tradizione e ogni piatto racconta l'epoca in cui è stato ideato....in un periodo ove ormai ogni speranza era persa...ove l'umiliazione aveva preso il sopravvento alle certezze ...forse anche lì, volevano eliminare la nostra forza...e invece l'hanno rafforzata ....allora ho capito che tutto può succedere ...anche l'impossibile....Ho deciso che mi piacerebbe andare in ogni provincia lombarda, per capire e sentire queste tradizioni... cordialità rispetto voglia di vivere e fare stare bene il prossimo...arriverò anche da voi ...in compagnia di una persona meravigliosa ...carpe diem

I thank the lady of the shop for showing me and telling me everything about the Cremasca culinary tradition ... because eating is tradition and each dish tells the era in which it was created .... in a period where now all hope was lost ... where humiliation had taken over the certainties ... maybe even there, they wanted to eliminate our strength ... and instead they strengthened it .... then I understood that anything can happen ... even the impossible ....
