Io ho provato il cotechino Bettella « vaniglia « cucinato a Capodanno secondo le indicazioni perfette della Signora. The name of the shop is misleading: not only cheeses but also cotechini, mustard, desserts, a real gastronomy that offers the best of Cremona, a land known to be rich in specialties. I tried the Bettella cotechino «vanilla« cooked on New Year's Eve according to the perfect indications of the Lady.

Chiedendo cosa avremmo dovuto fare ci è stato risposto "non c'è posto", così abbiamo optato per un altro locale. Capisco l'alta affluenza di clienti, ma la correttezza ed educazione viene prima. Asking what we should do we were told "there is no room", so we opted for another place. I understand the high turnout of customers, but fairness and education come first.

Very suggestive place .... I took 2 sandwiches with mortadella for the children on the fly. They devoured them ... and that's no small feat because they are very demanding on cold cuts.

Per pagare e pagare, andate in un ristorante vero, almeno bevi, mangi e puoi andare pure al bagno!!!! You can unofficially have lunch there BUT officially they say they are a Bottega and therefore: they do not provide table service, there are no toilets (bah!), The staff may not be welcoming ... Peccato che si possa mangiare solo in modalità assaggio con pochi tavoli davanti al negozio. Una occasione di provare le specialità cremonesi con un basso costo ed alta qualità. A quick lunch with take-away specialties: a sublime taste experience. Too bad you can only eat in tasting mode with a few tables in front of the shop. An opportunity to try Cremonese specialties at low cost and high quality.
