★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era il mio panino preferito…. ogni volta che capitavo di vederli al mercato o in altrove, ieri a Grottammare fiera di San Martino sono andato a cercarli tra’ tutti gli altri e purtroppo servito da una signora ( non da loro) ho chiesto il mio panino e se era possibile tagliare la porchetta nella parte dove io dicevo.. ripetendolo 2 volte, lei si è ostinata a tagliare nelle piccole rimanenze e peduncoli.. dicendomi che era calda.. mi sono fidato ed ho fatto male.. il mio panino era immangiabile ed ho dovuto ripassare in padella la porchetta per nn buttarla… sono rimasto veramente deluso sia per la qualità sia più marcatamente per il servizio proprio deficitario.. peccato erano i miei preferiti..CONSIGLIO HAI CLIENTI DI FARSI SERVIRE ESCLUSIVAMENTE DAI FRATELLI TITOLARI..(se sono fratelli nemmeno lo so però io li ho sempre etichettati così)..PS Il panino dalle 3€ che costava ora costa 3,50€… ma questo nn sarebbe stato un problema, è una loro scelta che puoi o non puoi condividere.
It was my favorite sandwich…. every time I happened to see them at the market or elsewhere, yesterday at Grottammare Fiera di San Martino I went to look for them among all the others and unfortunately served by a lady (not by them) I asked for my sandwich and if it was possible to cut the porchetta in the part where I said .. repeating it twice, she persisted in cutting into the small leftovers and stalks .. telling me it was hot .. I trusted and I did wrong .. my sandwich was inedible and I had to go back to pan the porchetta to nn throw it ... I was really disappointed both for the quality and more markedly for the lack of service .. too bad they were my favorites .. ADVICE HAVE CUSTOMERS TO BE SERVED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE OWNER BROTHERS .. (if they are brothers not even I know, however, I've always labeled them like this) .. PS The € 3 sandwich that cost € 3.50 now… but that wouldn't have been a problem, it's their choice that you can or can't share.
