L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'hotel si trova in mezzo al bosco ed è difficile da trovare.Google maps ti fa arrivare in un'altra zona dove c'è un edificio in costruzione (qui il pensiero di aver preso una fregatura ti attraversa la mente). Abbiamo dovuto contattare l'hotel per farci spiegare la strada. Comunque sarebbe opportuno mettere anche dei cartelli lungo il percorso sulla via principale, aiuterebbero molto! La nostra camera era piccola e fredda, ma pulita, il bagno un po' sguarnito. In compenso il ristorante sotto offre piatti tipici davvero molto buoni. The hotel is located in the middle of the woods and is difficult to find. Google maps takes you to another area where there is a building under construction (here the thought of having taken a rip crosses your mind). We had to contact the hotel to have us explain the way. However, it would also be advisable to put signs along the route on the main street, they would help a lot! Our room was small and cold, but clean, the bathroom a bit sparse. On the other hand, the restaurant below offers very good typical dishes.

Stanze e locali in generale sono moooolto puliti. Luogo ideale per passeggiate e soprattutto per rilassarsi, lontani da qualsiasi forma di civiltà e vista stupenda Not having eaten in the restaurant I cannot judge the cuisine, but otherwise ok. M	Michele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ allora ho messo 4 stelle ma da uno a dieci sarebbe 7. posto dove in ogni caso tornerei. porzioni cena esigue e senza pane. colazione abbondante, gentilezza e disponibilità spettacolari. ottima accoglienza animali. non fate la doccia tardi che la fate fredda. per me che amo i posti isolati, luogo ottimo. then I put 4 stars but from one to ten it would be 7. place where in any case I would return. meager dinner portions and no bread. abundant breakfast, kindness and spectacular availability. excellent welcome for animals. do not take a shower late that you do it cold. for me who love isolated places, great place.

Essen dauerte sehr lange, nach 1 Std kam die Vorspeise. Service war eigentl nicht vorhanden. Wir haben selbst eingedeckt. Es wurde uns nur 1 Getränk serviert, nach einem weiteren wurden wir nicht gefragt. Personal war sehr abgelenkt, in der Küche herrschte Party. Nach 2 std gab es unser Hauptgericht, geschmacklich gut, aber alles in allem eine sehr peinliche Nummer für das, sonst wohl normalerweise, sehr gutes Restaurant. We experienced a catastrophic Easter Sunday there today. We were there with 14 people and it just didn't work out. Food took a long time, appetizers came after 1 hour. Service was actually not available. We covered it ourselves. We were only served 1 drink, we were not asked for another. Staff was very distracted, there was a party in the kitchen. After 2 hours we had our main course, it tasted good, but all in all a very embarrassing number for what is normally a very good restaurant.

Tischreservierung hat nicht funktioniert, sehr schlechter Service, extrem lange Wartezeit auf‘s Essen, knutschende Bedienung hinter Theke, Party inkl. lauter Musik in der Küche, Essen- und Getränkebestellung wurde vergessen, zu einer zweiten Getränkebestellung kam es nicht, weil wir nicht mehr gefragt wurden und die Bestecke für das Essen haben wir uns selbst besorgen müssen. Kurzum, es war eine Katastrophe. Aber noch viel schlimmer war, dass, nach Ansprache, keine Einsicht kam. Schade, weil die Küche eigentlich sehr gut ist. Stunning views of Ortler. Cheerfully run by owner/manager Ramon. He doubles up as chef, producing some impressive food. This is about as good as it gets.
