La pizza cotta nel forno a legna è buona, un piatto che mi è piaciuto particolarmente è patate speck e uova, consigliato.

The pizza cooked in a wood oven is good, a dish that I particularly liked is potatoes, speck and eggs, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A solda in un vecchio fienile, se ci si fermano o motociclisti saprai che si mangia bene. Si trova dietro un hotel, dispone di un ampio parcheggio. Il titolare ti accoglie come un vecchio amico. Il tagliere di salumi è molto buono così come la pasta o la bistecca. Cercatelo a Solda, non serve provare i posti da vip quando puoi trovare un amico che ti aspetta.
Solda in an old barn, if you stop there or motorcyclists you will know that the food is good. It is located behind a hotel, has a large parking lot. The owner welcomes you like an old friend. The platter of cold cuts is very good as well as the pasta or the steak. Look for it in Solda, there is no need to try the VIP places when you can find a friend waiting for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale si trova in un vecchio fienile completamente ristrutturato mantenendo la struttura originale. Si gode di una splendida vista sulle montagne. I piatti sono tipici della cucina locale e sono cucinati in modo perfetto. Noi abbiamo mangiato degli gnocchi con funghi locali (chiodini e finferli), canederli in brodo tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa. Abbiamo chiuso la cena con kaiserschmarren e marillenknödel, due piatti incredibilmente buoni. Buona scelta di vini e ottima birra Jacob (piccolo birrificio artigianale bavarese). C'è anche una lunga lista di pizze che non abbiamo assaggiato ma sembravano molto buone a giudicare dall'espressione dei clienti che le stavano mangiando.
Personale molto disponibile e simpatico (Tony è gentilissimo).
Prezzi nella norma.
Un ottimo posto per una buona cena.
The restaurant is located in an old barn completely renovated maintaining the original structure. It enjoys a splendid view of the mountains. The dishes are typical of the local cuisine and are perfectly cooked. We ate gnocchi with local mushrooms (chiodini and chanterelles), dumplings in broth, all strictly homemade. We closed the dinner with kaiserschmarren and marillenknödel, two incredibly good dishes. Good choice of wines and excellent Jacob beer (small Bavarian craft brewery). There is also a long list of pizzas that we have not tasted but they looked very good judging by the expression of the customers who were eating them.
Very helpful and nice staff (Tony is very kind).
Prices in the norm.
A great place for a good dinner.

Un semplice sorbetto di fragole fatto con le fragole della Val Martello ti trasforma una giornata calda (o anche fredda). Da provare anche la vaniglia fatta con il loro latte e bacche di vaniglia. Notevole. E in un posto incantevole. Bravo!
Unique in Solda making ice cream completely handcrafted and blacksmith worth the visit. A simple strawberry sorbet made with Val Martello strawberries turns a hot (or even cold) day. Why not try the vanilla made with their milk and vanilla beans. Remarkable. And in a lovely place. Good boy!
