Raramente faccio benzina a questo distributore, succede che ho chiesto alla ragazza di mettere 15€, 15€ che l’auto che utilizzo per spostarmi non ha mai visto. Faccio controllare l’indicatore di benzina e niente, decido di mandare un email, abbastanza inalberata dubitando della loro professionalità, infatti non mi sbagliavo, la loro risposta a differenza di quella che è stata quella di Camergasepower che sono stati gentilissimi ed educati nonostante tutto (perché ho sbagliato indirizzo email nell’inviarla la prima volta) è stata tutt’altro che professionale, il Customer Service di Camer Petroli è inesistente e ovviamente se possono peggiorare le cose lo fanno molto volentieri. Ovviamente, nessuno mi ha rimborsato o restituito in benzina i soldi che io ho pagato, anzi hanno anche dubitato sulla mia buona fede, dicendomi che se non era successo prima non poteva succedere. Perciò controllate bene tutti gli indicatori e anche il personale quando fate benzina per non incappare in una situazione incresciosa come quella che è successa a me ed evitate di pagare in contanti perché almeno pagando con la carta avete una prova in più per via della ricevuta. Ho sbagliato a inserire la banconota, in quanto non si capisce che ogni lato ha un terminale riservato. L'unico indizio è del nastro isolante appiccicato in maniera posticcia che copre gli ultimi due numeri. Mi sono rivolto all'operatore, in maniera educata, per chiedere assistenza e, invece di fare il suo lavoro, mi fa la "coglionella". Ci mancava poco che mi desse dello "stupido". Dovrebbero addestrare il personale al rispetto del cliente e dovrebbero segnalare meglio la presenza di due terminali per i diversi erogatori. Non basta avere prezzi convenienti. Quando c'è il ragazzo trovi gentilezza e servizi come si deve, ma quando trovi la ragazza (purtroppo mi capitava sempre) basta fermarti vicino la collanina e vedi che questa maleducata si avvicina bestemmiandoti con parole estremamente pesante. E una persona scorbutica maleducata senza voglia di lavorare sicuramente con problemi in famiglia e se lo prende con i clienti..spero che il responsabile si rende conto e la licenza perché persone simile non si meritano un posto di lavoro.. probabilmente non tromba da tanto visto che e un cesso e allora va nervosa...
