★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento bello, arredato con gusto, non molto vicino al centro di Bressanone ma con la l'utilizzo della bici, in breve tempo lo si raggiunge. L'unico inconveniente è la presenza di numerosi piccoli scarafaggi che ha decisamente rovinato il soggiorno...e quando ho fatto presente il problema alla proprietaria non mi ha anche risposto o meglio mi ha rispostosolo quando ho deciso di anticipare di un giorno la mia partenza... Non lo consiglio
 The beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished, not very close to the center of Bressanone but with the use of the bike, can be reached in a short time. The only drawback is the presence of numerous small cockroaches that has definitely ruined the stay ... and when I pointed out the problem to the owner she didn't even answer me or rather she answered me when I decided to anticipate my departure by one day ... I don't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena rientrati da questo incantevole posto ed abbiamo già nostalgia .... tutto perfetto !!! pulizia appartamento impeccabile, arredato con gusto in ogni dettaglio , la sig.ra Heidi Wachtler e famiglia gentilissimi sempre molto disponibili e attenti a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo subito innamorati di questa splendida struttura immersa nella natura. Purtroppo come tutte le cose belle il nostro soggiorno è finito e non vediamo l’ora di ritornare.
We have just returned from this enchanting place and we are already homesick .... everything perfect !!! impeccable apartment cleaning, tastefully furnished in every detail, Mrs. Heidi Wachtler and very kind family always very helpful and attentive to all guests' needs. My family and I immediately fell in love with this beautiful structure surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, like all beautiful things, our stay is over and we can't wait to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben diese 3 wunderschönen Ferienwohnungen auf Empfehlung von Freunden gebucht und waren total begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind optimal zugeschnitten, schön eingerichtet und alles total sauber. Auf Wunsch auch weitere Handtücher. Die Entfernung zu Brixen mit etwa 2 km zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad bequem zu machen und trotzdem wohnt man im Grünen und ruhig. Super nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
We booked these 3 wonderful apartments on the recommendation of friends and were totally thrilled. The apartments are optimally tailored, nicely decorated and everything is totally clean. Additional towels on request. The distance to Bressanone is about 2 km on foot or by bike, but you still live in the countryside and quiet. Super nice landlord. We just felt comfortable and would love to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben mit unserem Hund Lilly wunderschöne Urlaubstage in der neuen Ferienwohnung "Roland" verbracht.
Die Wohnung mit schönem Balkon ist modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (incl. Spül- und Waschmaschine) und tiptop sauber. Brötchenservice möglich, Handtuchwechsel wird ebenfalls angeboten.
Die Lage ist perfekt, ca. 1,5 km von Brixen (kann man gut laufen) und im Grünen gelegen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen z. B. auf die Plose, ins Villnösstal, auf die Villanderer Almen ... alles wirklich sehr schön, auch ein Bummel durch die schöne Stadt Brixen ist zu empfehlen.
Familie Wachtler ist sehr gastfreundlich und um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir haben tolle Wandertipps sowie super Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen.
Die Brixencard welche man kostenlos erhält ist eine tolle Sache, dadurch genießt viele Vergünstigungen bzw. freie Fahrten/Eintritte (ÖPNV, Seilbahnen, Museen etc.).
Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We spent wonderful holidays with our dog Lilly in the new holiday apartment "Roland".
The apartment with a beautiful balcony is modern and very high quality (including dishwasher and washing machine) and extremely clean. Bread delivery service possible, towel change is also offered.
The location is perfect, about 1.5 km from Bressanone (easy to walk) and in the countryside. Perfect starting point for hikes z. B. on the Plose, in the Villnöss valley, on the Villanderer Almen ... everything is really beautiful, a stroll through the beautiful city of Brixen is also recommended.
The Wachtler family is very hospitable and makes every effort to ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay. We got great hiking tips and great restaurant recommendations.
The Brixencard, which you get free of charge, is a great thing, it allows you to enjoy many discounts and free rides / admissions (public transport, cable cars, museums, etc.).
All in all a successful holiday, we'd love to come back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Appartement Roland, welches neu eingerichtet war: Elektrogeräte, wie das Kochfeld mit Abzug, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sind auf einen sehr modernen Stand. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. Das Bett ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Badezimmer mit dem indirekten Licht, einer Regendusche mit integrierter Ablage und einem Steinwaschbecken sind nach unserem Geschmack.
Allgemein ist die Familie sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man hat einen Balkon und kann den Garten mit Terrasse frei benutzen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We stayed in the Roland apartment, which was newly furnished: electrical appliances such as the hob with extractor, dishwasher, washing machine are very modern. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bed is perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom with the indirect light, a rain shower with integrated shelf and a stone sink are to our taste.
In general, the family is very nice and accommodating. One has a balcony and can freely use the garden with terrace. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We would love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apartments Gartenhof kann man mit einem Wort beschreiben, PERFEKT.
Alle Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll und mit liebe ins Detail eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts, von Toaster über Waschmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Fön usw. ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber. Handtücher werden je nach Bedarf ausgewechselt.
Es ist wie ein ankommen bei Freunden, Familie Wachtler hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Bei Heidi merkt man das sie es mit Herzblut macht.
Es war eine sehr schöne Woche.

The Apartments Gartenhof can be described in one word, PERFECT.
All apartments are tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Nothing is missing, from a toaster to a washing machine, coffee machine, hair dryer, etc., everything is there. The apartment was extremely clean. Towels are changed as needed.
It's like arriving with friends, the Wachtler family gave us a very warm welcome. With Heidi you can tell that she puts her heart and soul into it.
It was a very nice week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid-19 our family chose for the first time an appartment and not a hotel for holiday. And we have‘nt regret our choice.
Our hosts - the Wachtler-family was always very friendly and helpful. Gave good excursion tips and in the evening once in a while we sat together and had a chat.
It was a nice stay for our children too. With the help of the landlord Roland, a tent was set up in the garden and the children had a little adventure.
The city of Brixen is small but nice and you can eat very well. With the bikes available at the farm, you could get to the heart of the city very quickly.
Would comeback any time and recommend a visit of Brixen and a stay a Gartenhof Wachtler.
PS. A other higlight was the farm-dog Zeus. Due to our living situation we cant have a dog. But we‘re totaly into dogs. So we spent a lot of time with the dog and went also on walks with him. :-)
