L	Lucia Adamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo dopo tante ricerche con altre agenzie trovato tramite il signor Gargaglione la casa che faceva per noi e nonostante il prezzo non fosse alla nostra portata perché un Po alto grazie ad un suo collaboratore siamo riusciti a concordarne uno più basso...non sto qui a raccontare tutto ma dopo il secondo incontro con il proprietario del suddetto appartamento ci organizziamo con il signor Gargaglione per vederci il giorno dopo e parlare delle ultime cose per poi stipulare un eventuale contratto nei giorni a seguire.L'indomani il Sig.Gargaglione non si presenta annullando l appuntamento un ora prima dell orario stabilito nonostante fosse gia al corrente dalla sera prima che l indomani non avrebbe potuto rispettare l impegno preso.dal quel momento il sig.gargaglione non risponde ne ai messaggi ne alle telefonate...questo comportamento ci sembra poco professionale,anche perche io e mio marito abbiamo perso entrambi la giornata di lavoro.che dire GRAZIE SIG.ANTONIO GARGAGLIONE ma forse pensava di aver a che fare con due cretini... I primi due appuntamenti è stato molto gentile; al secondo ha provato anche a concludere col proprietario ad un prezzo più ragionevole. Al terzo appuntamento abbiamo trovato la casa che faceva per noi ma il proprietario esigeva buste paga. Gli ho detto al sig. Gargaglione che a lavoro c'erano problemi per riceverle e se poteva temporeggiare rispondendomi che non c'erano problemi. Dopo 3 giorni circa ha fittato suddetta casa ad altri facendo rimanere malissimo mia moglie. Chiamandolo per chiedergli spiegazioni ha staccato il telefono in faccia e ci ha cancellato da WhatsApp. Non dico che avrebbe potuto aspettare in eterno ma almeno avvisare che stava per essere locata, avremmo cercato di trovare un accordo. S	Sabrina Verlezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ritengo l'agenzia poco seria e professionale ci è stato fatto visionare un immobile già in trattativa con la richiesta di valutazione nostri requisiti "parere personale non invadere la privacy altrui se non sei sicuro della disponibilità dell'immobile "ci ha fatto attendere 8 giorni per poi ribaltarci ad un collaboratore per comunicarci che l'immobile era già stato affittato per cui nn si è preso neanche la responsabilità da titolare nel comunicarci la risposta.mi spiace aver avuto questa conoscenza anke perché ritengo che bastava un minimo di chiarezza se l'altra trattativa non andava a buon fine valutavano i miei requisiti.
