★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented bikes and chariot trailer here. Staff was very helpful and had no problems communicating in English (we do not know Italian yet). They helped us to choose the bikes and offered advice about local trails. All bikes were in very good shape and we had no problems during our week long vacation. I wish the prices at the store were lower as the have lots of nice gear and cycling clothes but Riva is generally pricey :).
Very good experience overall. We will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of 4 bikes got the battery error because of not working speed sensor. Battery stopped working, bike gears out of sync, shifting itself. The “emergency” service and the shop are closed 1 pm - 3:30 pm and do not answer calls. After they open refused to refund me until I asked them to do test ride and they could not fix the bike (another hour later).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired 2 road bikes today for a ride to Lago di Tenno then up the big climb to Monte Velo. We probably only needed the bikes for half a day but you can only reserve a single day booking in advance. 40 EUR is a little expensive but they were very good bikes which made climbing easy (well, not that easy as the hills are very tall).
Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Will definitely use them again if we return next year. Loads of great rides available on - Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 2 bikes. One was perfect, the other one.... The rear wheel came a bit loose after 30 minutes. Causing the bike and chain to damage. When we got back to the shop, the guys who repaired the bike knew this already and had also share that info with their colleagues... But the shop guy rented it anyways. Not recommended
Edit: Afterwards, I told the shop guy that I was not happy. Since there came no solution on his side, I told him that I would share the story.
