Quindici giorni fa, parlando con il figlio del titolare, ho visto una bici che mi piaceva ed ero deciso a comprarla breve. Lo stesso figlio mi accordava un prezzo di favore sul costo pieno e che mi andava benissimo. Rimaniamo d'accordo che ci saremo rivisti a breve. Per miei problemi di lavoro, sono ritornato a distanza di due settimane, pensando anche di non trovarla più e invece era ancora li. Faccio presente che nel mio Comune di residenza, vi sono almeno dieci negozi di bici analoghi ma ho preferito questo in quanto due anni fa, avevo acquistato due MTB in contanti ,trovandomi bene. Il figlio non ricordava di avermi detto quel prezzo e il padre ha fatto spallucce trincerandosi dietro un fantomatico aumento di prezzi e costi.....negli ultimi quindici giorni????? Perso vendita e cliente, va bene così, andrò nella mia zona e ne cercherò un altra!!! In the morning today I suffered an incorrect and professional behavior on a road bike purchase. A fortnight ago, talking to the owner's son, I saw a bike that I liked and I was determined to buy it short. The same son granted me a preferential price on the full cost and that suited me perfectly. We agree that we will meet again shortly. Due to my work problems, I returned after two weeks, also thinking of not finding her anymore and instead she was still there. I would like to point out that in my Municipality of residence, there are at least ten similar bike shops but I preferred this one because two years ago, I bought two MTBs in cash, and I was happy with them. The son did not remember telling me that price and the father shrugged, hiding behind an elusive increase in prices and costs ..... in the last fortnight ????? Lost sales and customer, that's okay, I'll go to my area and look for another one !!!

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali(il titolare è salito adddirittura in macchina con me per farmi trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze), le e-bike bottecchia molto ben tenute (la mia era addirittura nuova ) come prima esperienza è stata fantastica siamo riusiti a fare tutto il ponale, visitare riva del garda , torbole ed andare al castello di Arco avanzando ancora carica (circa 60km il nostro percorso). Che dire super consigliati! Per prezzo, cordialità, ebike e gentilezza Ne vale sicuramente la pena. Ritorneremo Beautiful day spent with these beautiful ebikes. The owners were very kind and friendly (the owner even got into the car with me to let me find parking nearby), the bottecchia e-bikes very well maintained (mine was even new) as a first experience it was fantastic we were able to do all the ponale, visit riva del garda, torbole and go to the castle of Arco still moving forward (our route is about 60km). What about super recommended! For price, friendliness, ebike and kindness It is definitely worth it. We will return

Broke my rear derailleur cable when on vacation, send a message on Google asking if they could fix it and got a reply within 10minutes. Brought my bike to the shop at 15:00 and could already pick it up at 17:00. Definitely recommend instead of the bigger bike shops near the lake!
