Quando li richiamo mi dicono di essere venuti, non aver trovato nessuno e essersene andati. Senza mai chiamare. Per concludere presentano all'assicurazione la pratica chiusa con successo. Apprezzabile la disponibilità del personale e la chiarezza con cui vengono spiegati gli interventi all'auto. Nota negativa i prezzi troppo alti anche solo per minimi interventi come ad esempio il cambio dell'olio. Alcune riparazioni vengono dichiarate "necessarie" quando in realtà possono essere tranquillamente posticipate o evitate. Possibilità di usufruire di macchine sostitutive e del servizio di carro attrezzi in caso di guasti. Alla riconsegna della macchina apprezzabile il lavaggio incluso. Ero già capitata li per comodità altre volte e sempre hanno trovato altri interventi da farmi fare senza avvisare, ma che ho scoperto solo al ritiro dell'auto, ho voluto sperare non ci fosse malizia. Pochi giorni fa invece ho portato l'auto a fare il tagliando, oltretutto una macchina vecchia con parecchi km, sulla quale non avrei più voluto spendere granchè. Al ritiro ho trovato un conto da 400 EURO, senza che nessuno mi avesse avvisata! Secondo loro era necessario cambiare una marea di roba (tra cui i tergicristalli e robe assurde..). Con i tempi che corrono, mi aspetto ALMENO una telefonata se la cifra dell'intervento iniziale cambia con tale rilevanza. A questo punto credo sia fatto apposta per spillare più soldi possibile ai clienti, a lavoro fatto uno può solo arrabbiarsi e niente più. Spero la mia recensione possa salvaguardare altri utenti da chi se ne approfitta e lavora scorrettamente, avvantaggiando tante altre Officine che invece meritano di lavorare.
