I have recently brought my VW Polo for the first service at Garage Gloria. Excellent and quick both the reception and the dismissal made by the kind Elena. Good acceptance too. The service that provided for the thorough washing of the car was excellent. Congratulations and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato diverse volte e non sempre è andata benissimo, tuttavia con l'aiuto del personale amministrativo, molto gentile, abbiamo chiarito su cosa non ero soddisfatto e i meccanici hanno fatto un buon lavoro.
(ho editato la mia precedente valutazione, cancellandola e aumentando le stelle, forse per questo potrebbe non essere ben chiara la risposta del proprietario)
I went several times and it didn't always go very well, however with the help of the administrative staff, very nice, we made it clear what I was not satisfied with and the mechanics did a good job.
(I edited my previous rating, deleting it and increasing the stars, perhaps for this reason the owner's response may not be clear)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili e professionali. Avevo appuntamento per una revisione alle 8.30 della mattina, ma a causa di un problema dell'ultimo minuto, li ho chiamati la sera prima per disdire e mi hanno detto che sarei potuto passare in qualunque momento entro le 12. Ho apprezzato molto.
Kind and professional. I had an appointment for a review at 8.30am, but due to a last minute problem, I called them the night before to cancel and they said I could drop by anytime before 12pm. I really appreciated.

I took my audi to change a burnt front xenon bulb, on return they charged me 133 euros for the bulb and 49 euros for labor, for a total of 210 euros ivati. Never again

Il prezzo al consumatore consigliato é di 99 euro totali e non credo che per montarla e smontarla ci si impegni più di dieci minuti, il mio unico errore è stato quello di non richiedere un preventivo. Buona giornata!
Regarding your answer, since it says that I have to inform myself, know that today thanks to the internet you can control it.
