c	cristina finelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegnata una macchina piena zeppa di olio...appena acquistata dal signor Prossliner di merano dopo 10 km circa ha iniziato a segnare avaria al motore, da Bolzano li ho lasciato la macchina (visto essere il meccanico di fiducia di chi mia ha venduto la macchina) per due giorni, ritornata due tre volte....spia avaria motore sempre accesa...addirittura mi diceva che doveva cambiare la turbina e tutto a mie spese, invece andando da un altro meccanico la macchina era zeppa di olio che stava distruggendo tutto!! Certo che dalla turbina da cambiare a sistemare l'olio c'è ne passa!!! Il tempo perso con due bimbe piccole per avere diagnosi completamente errate e il problema avaria motore mai risolto è vergognoso. F	Federica Bini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un guasto alla macchina mentre eravamo in vacanza in sud tirol, ci ha valutato subito il problema e in un giorno sostituito il pezzo apparentemente danneggiato, ma sulla strada del ritorno la macchina dopo nemmeno 200 km ha di nuovo iniziato ad avere lo stesso problema tanto che siamo stati costretti a farci venire a prendere dal soccorso stradale in autostrada! Ottimo servizio per ben 100 euro di spesa, con il rischio di fondere il motore lungo il viaggio, a detta di un secondo meccanico che ha valutato la macchina siamo stati presi in giro!! A very good service for about 100 euro, with the risk to burn the engine along the journey, according to a second mechanic who evaluated the car we were cheated !! Felge abmontiert, Reifen wurde bestellt, montiert. Wagen war am nächsten Tag zum fairen Preis fertig. Top professionell, freundlich, fachlich perfekt! So wünscht man sich Service, kaum zu glauben! Nur zu empfehlen! Had a flat tire and the car was parked in front of our pension in Meran. Jan was recommended to us, he was there the same day. Rim removed, tire ordered, mounted. The car was ready the next day at a fair price. Top professional, friendly, technically perfect! This is how you want service, hard to believe! Only to be recommended!
