Mi sono recato tre volte da loro per un ricambio telefonando con anticipo e su appuntamento ma evidentemente la professionalità li non è di casa Da evitare assolutamente!!!!!!!! C	Calatino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come opera l'azienda baggi: 1luglio: vado in officina e chiedo dei ricambi, una renault clio, parlo con gli operai, mi accordo con loro su cosa mi servisse, tutti i pezzi richiesti erano disponibili,per un totale di 20 euro e mi dicono di ritornare il giorno dopo. 3 luglio :ritorno dal demolitore baggi, e ci sono le segretarie, mi dicono che il pomeriggio è chiuso per i ricambi e dovrò telefonare il giorno dopo, per sapere se li posso ritirare (ok). 4 luglio :telefono e mi dicono di non avere i pezzi. Dopo aver perso 3 giorni per avere un ricambio, dopo aver parlato con i dipendenti e visto con i miei occhi, l'auto da cui avrebbero smontato i pezzi, mi dicono che non li hanno. Non conosco il signor BAGGI, e non posso permettermi di criticarlo, ma tra dipendenti, segretarie, e 3 giorni persi per un cavolo di ricambio, mi danno il ben servito così. Da evitare assolutamente. A	Arturo Scala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero fuori città, mi chiama mia moglie di sabato pomeriggio dicendomi che era rimasta in panne(frizione bruciata), inizio la ricerca su internet di un autosoccorso e trovo il garage Baggi,(fortunatamente non leggo le recensioni) lo chiamo, mi accordo sul prezzo e nel giro di 10 minuti era già sul posto a recuperare l'auto. Decido di farla riparare dalla loro officina e lunedì mi recò al garage, trovo subito tanta professionalità e cortesia e anche il prezzo finale mi sembra giusto ed equo, siamo sotto Natale e mi aspettavo di rivedere la mia macchinina dopo le feste ma invece il titolare mi assicura la consegna dopo due giorni. Il mercoledì ritiro il veicolo perfettamente funzionante. La mia è stata un esperienza superpositiva, lo consiglio e se servirà (ma spero di no) ci ritornerò. I decide to have it repaired by their workshop and on Monday I went to the garage, I immediately find a lot of professionalism and courtesy and also the final price seems right and fair to me, it's Christmas time and I expected to see my car again after the holidays but instead the owner ensures delivery after two days. On Wednesday I collect the vehicle in perfect working order. Mine was a super positive experience, I recommend it and if it helps (but I hope not) I will return.
E	Ezio Pozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il garage Baggio alcune settimane fa nella notte fra venerdì e sabato a seguito di un incidente. Dopo una decina di minuti sono intervenuti per il prelievo dell'auto incidentata. Il lunedì seguente mi sono recato da loro per attribuire a loro il mandato di inizio lavori per il ripristino della carrozzeria. Si sono accordati con il perito dell'assicurazione. In questo modo non ho avuto neppure l'incombenza di pagare il lavoro. Il personale gentile e premuroso. Il tutto si è svolto in poco meno di un mese. Meglio non andarci, ma se vi capita c'è lo consiglio.
