Bucata gomma in autostrada. Arriva il carro attrezzi senza le dotazioni per svitare I bulloni delle ruote (solo con chiavi manuali non adatte per svitare I bulloni). Interviene secondo carro attrezzi che arriva dopo 30 min. Rimorchiamo il camper in officina dove trovano una soluzione con gomme usate.
Totale costo 330€ per il rimorchio (breve fino alla prima uscita) con addebito di sostituzione gomma di 45€ (cosa non avvenuta). In officina mi vengono addebitati altri 200€ per le due gomme vecchie.
A mio avviso questo è approfittare delle emergenze degli altri!!!
Too expensive for the service offered.
Rubber tire on the highway. The tow truck arrives without the equipment to unscrew the wheel bolts (only with manual wrenches not suitable for unscrewing the bolts). Second tow truck intervenes which arrives after 30 min. We tow the camper to the workshop where they find a solution with used tires.
Total cost € 330 for the trailer (short until the first exit) with a replacement charge of € 45 (what has not happened). In the workshop I am charged another € 200 for the two old tires.
In my opinion this is taking advantage of the emergencies of others !!!
