★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor unseren zwei Wanderungen haben wir uns jeweils eine Semmel füllen lassen, der gekochte Schinken und auch der Fleischkäse - auszeichnet.
Heute Donnerstagnachmittag, als es zu regnen begann, haben wir den Südtiroler Speck, die Kaminwurz und die Hirschwurst probieren dürfen.
Der Südtiroler Speck ist fantastisch !! Herrlich im Geschmack und der Rauchgeschmack sehr dezent; der beste Speck, den meine Frau und ich im Südtirol je hatten.
Auch die Kaminwurz ist sehr gein, sehr ausgewogen im Geschmack.
Und die Besitzer (nehme ich an) sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett!
Am Samstag, 17.10.2020, schlagen wir zu; leider ist die Einfuhr in die Schweiz beschränkt.
Before our two hikes, we each had a bread roll filled, the boiled ham and the meat loaf - excel.
This Thursday afternoon, when it started to rain, we were allowed to try the South Tyrolean bacon, the Kaminwurz and the deer sausage.
The South Tyrolean bacon is fantastic !! Wonderful in taste and the smoky taste very subtle; the best bacon my wife and I have ever had in South Tyrol.
The Kaminwurz is also very clean, very balanced in taste.
And the owners (I assume) very friendly, accommodating and nice!
We'll strike on Saturday, October 17th, 2020; Unfortunately, imports into Switzerland are limited.
