★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco pessima...per la scarsa professionalità e cortesia verso il cliente. Ho riscontrato una notevole disorganizzazione interna, una mancanza di informazioni tra casa produttrice e concessionaria. Non si può pensare di attendere la propria vettura, per ben oltre 4 mesi, senza sapere indicativamente i tempi di consegna. Nonostante cio' non è tollerato neppure l'interessamento da parte dell'acquirente, che entrato più volte in concessionaria per chiedere doverose spiegazioni, viene accolto con inopportune osservazioni e fin troppa superficialità.
 Experience to say the least bad ... for the lack of professionalism and courtesy towards the customer. I found a significant internal disorganization, a lack of information between the manufacturer and the dealership. You cannot think of waiting for your car, for well over 4 months, without knowing indicatively the delivery times. In spite of this, even the interest of the buyer, who entered the dealership several times to ask for necessary explanations, is not tolerated and is received with inappropriate comments and all too superficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno venduto auto usata gasolio 120000km, omettendo che la turbina era praticamente da buttare,infatti l'auto è stata ritirata alle 17.00, e già dal motore si sentiva un leggero fischio oltre i 2500 giri, alle 23.00 dello stesso giorno, la turbina ha smesso di funzionare e il motore era andato in blocco.
Benché ci fosse la garanzia, il giorno seguente nel momento in cui sono andato ad esigere la riparazione, mi hanno specificatamente detto che avevo due strade: pagare la somma di €700 per sostituire la turbina, in quanto per loro non era conveniente farmela rientrare in garanzia dato il valore di acquisto (4000€),oppure di andare tramite avvocato, dovendo dimostrare che non l'avessi rotta io in appena 5 ore.

Although there was a guarantee, the next day when I went to demand the repair, they specifically told me that I had two ways: to pay the sum of € 700 to replace the turbine, as it was not convenient for them to have it returned to guarantee given the purchase value (4000 €), or to go through a lawyer, having to prove that I had not broken it in just 5 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Problemen am Partikelsensor auf gut Glück zu Fiat Gamma gefahren. Wurden sofort nach der Mittagspause in die Werkstatt eingewiesen wo sich ein Mechaniker umgehend des Problems annahm während eine hervorragend Englisch sprechende Mitarbeiterin den notwendigen Papierkram erledigte. Schlussendlich war nur ein Software-Update zu machen und wir konnten die Reise unbeschadet fortsetzen. Kosten wurden uns nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Wir bedanken uns für die überaus freundliche und kompetente Hilfe
Went to Fiat Gamma on the spur of the moment with problems with the particle sensor. Were shown to the workshop immediately after the lunch break, where a mechanic immediately took care of the problem while an employee who spoke excellent English did the necessary paperwork. In the end there was only one software update to do and we were able to continue the journey unscathed. We were not charged for any costs.
