★ ★ ★ ★ ★ professionalmente nulla da eccepire, velocità eccezionale, solo l'infermiera che fa il prelievo potrebbe sorridere un po' anche per mettere più a proprio agio il paziente perchè è con il paziente che si ha a che fare, tanto un sorriso non si paga e fa bene a chi lo fa e a chi lo riceve. Buone Feste!

Chiedo le tempistiche per la risposta del molecolare,mi viene risposto "domani in mattinata".
A noi serve per le 14 ,per essere più sicuri sul risultato pago 128€.
Aspetto tutta la mattinata del giorno seguente ,nessuna risposta.
Alle 13 faccio 15 telefonate prima che qualcuno mi risponda e mi dicono e mo dicono che non hanno ancora le risposte.
Vado di persona e mi dicono che le risposte non arriveranno prima delle 16.
Dicono che è impossibile che mi abbiano garantito il risultato per la mattina ma noi eravamo in due ed abbiamo capito benissimo,anche perché altrimenti avremmo optato per uno rapido.

I ask for the timing for the molecular's response, I am answered "tomorrow morning".
We need it for 2 pm, to be more sure about the result I pay 128 €.
I wait all morning of the following day, no answer.
At 1pm I make 15 phone calls before someone answers me and they tell me and mo they say they don't have the answers yet.
I go in person and they tell me that the answers won't arrive until 4pm.
They say it is impossible that they guaranteed me the result for the morning but there were two of us and we understood perfectly well, also because otherwise we would have opted for a quick one.
