โ โ โ โ โ Ai limiti della truffa. Negozio da evitare come la peste. Mi son recato in negozio per acquistare un gioco da tavola (su richiesta di mia moglie). Lo trovo, pago 39,90 in buona fede, visto che non sapevo manco cosa fosse, alla Cassa mi viene detto che mi davano in omaggio un pulitore per schermi. Io contento torno a casa, se non fosse che al rientro mi moglie apre lo scontrino (che l'addetto vendita a ben spillato per non farmelo vedere) e scopre che il gioco costava 25.00โฌ e "l'omaggio" l'hanno fatto pagare 19.90 โฌ... Per far quadrare i conti poi, hanno applicato un bello sconto. Sicuramente mi rivedranno a breve per l'ultima volta
On the verge of scam. Shop to avoid like the plague. I went to the store to buy a board game (at my wife's request). โ โ โ โ โ Impossibile contattare il negozio, non rispondono MAI al telefono. Mi sono recato in negozio stamattina per acquistare una PS4 usata, mi hanno detto che non era disponibile, e che ne sarebbe arrivata una venerdรฌ.
Ora sto facendo l'ordine online con ritiro in negozio, e scopro che ne hanno disponibili ben quattro. Inoltre in negozio cercano di proporre il prodotto ad un prezzo piรน alto, includendo anche l'estensione di garanzia ma senza specificarlo chiaramente. Scarsa disponibilitร e cortesia verso il cliente.
Unable to contact the store, they NEVER answer the phone. I went to the store this morning to buy a used PS4, they told me it wasn't available, and one was coming on Friday.
Now I am placing the online order with in-store pickup, and I find that they have four available. In addition, in the store they try to offer the product at a higher price, also including the warranty extension but without specifying it clearly. Poor availability and courtesy towards the customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Ho acquistato vari giochi,cuffie e solo una volta ci sono rimasto fregato. Avevo chiesto un joystick usato funzionante. Me lo hanno fornito e sembrava molto affidabile. Torno a casa per provarlo e scopro che aveva il tasto l3 rotto. Per il resto molto gentile e cordiali.
I bought various games, headphones and only once was I screwed. I had asked for a working used joystick. They provided it to me and it seemed very reliable. I go home to try it and find that the l3 button was broken. Otherwise very polite and friendly.
