★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di anni devo modificare la mia recensione perchè l'ultima esperienza in questo negozio è stata abbastanza spiacevole. Qualche giorno prima siamo stati in negozio per acquistare alcune palle di Natale(spendendo circa 50,00€) e siccome avevamo notato un albero natalizio che ci piaceva siamo tornati.
Siamo entrati nel negozio e il signore ci ha accompagnati nel piano inferiore per vedere gli alberi e siccome sapevamo già cosa cercavamo abbiamo subito indicato l albero da acquistare (costo di circa 200,00€). Il signore ci ha detto che era l unico rimasto e che ce l avrebbe smontato. OK, siamo saliti sopra a dare un occhiata al resto del negozio e dopo circa un quarto d'ora il signore sale sopra e si mette a servire altri clienti. Io e mia moglie ci guardiamo negli occhi per capire cosa sta succedendo: diamo un occhiata all'albero che ancora deve essere smontato. Dopo circa trenta minuti di attesa una signora riprende a smontare l albero cercando di convincerci a prenderlo mezzo montato e mezzo smontato (evidentemente non avevano voglia di smontarlo....)e oltretutto la scatola dell' albero era completamente rovinata e cadente. MA SCUSATE, SIAMO VENUTI A SPENDERE 200 EURO(PIÙ I 50€ SPESI QUALCHE GIORNO PRIMA...) e QUESTO È IL MODO IN CUI CI TRATTATE???
Morale della favola, dopo circa un ora siamo riusciti ad uscire dal negozio con l'albero inserito in questo scatolone(vecchio, rovinato e probabilmente di un altro albero Natale) e neanche ci hanno chiesto scusa per l'interminabile attesa!NON TORNEREMO MAI PIÙ!Non si lavora in questo modo, soprattutto in questo periodo in cui un cliente viene nel Vs negozio a spendere fior di quattrini!!!
PROFESSIONALITÀ E GENTILEZZA PARI A ZERO!
Years later I have to edit my review because the last experience in this shop was quite unpleasant. A few days before we went to the shop to buy some Christmas balls (spending about € 50.00) and as we noticed a Christmas tree we liked we went back.
We entered the shop and the man took us to the lower floor to see the trees and since we already knew what we were looking for we immediately indicated the tree to buy (cost about € 200.00). The gentleman told us that he was the only one left and that he would take it apart. OK, we went upstairs to take a look at the rest of the shop and after about a quarter of an hour the gentleman climbs upstairs and starts serving other customers. My wife and I look into each other's eyes to understand what is happening: we take a look at the tree that still has to be dismantled. After about thirty minutes of waiting a lady resumes disassembling the tree trying to convince us to take it half assembled and half disassembled (evidently they did not want to disassemble it ....) and moreover the tree box was completely ruined and falling. BUT SORRY, WE CAME TO SPEND 200 EUROS (PLUS THE 50 € SPENT A FEW DAYS BEFORE ...) and THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT US ???
Moral of the story, after about an hour we were able to leave the shop with the tree inserted in this box (old, ruined and probably from another Christmas tree) and they didn't even apologize for the endless wait! You don't work in this way, especially in this period when a customer comes to your shop to spend good money !!!
