Un articolo in esposizione acquistato, lo fanno cadere e mancano dei pezzi e trattano male il cliente che chiede di verificare se si sia danneggiato. Per gestire un negozio bisogna conoscere almeno le regole base del rapporto con il pubblico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato molti oggetti con soddisfazione, sono stata meno fortunata con un mobile che purtroppo si è letteralmente distrutto ancor prima di riuscire a tirarlo fuori completamente dalla scatola. Ma devo dire che il costumer service del sito mi ha profondamente sorpresa, un servizio più che eccellente, sono rimasta senza parole. Ora ho il mio mobile (bellissimo) perfetto. Di certo sarò cliente fissa di questa catena!
I bought many objects with satisfaction, I was less fortunate with a piece of furniture that unfortunately literally destroyed itself before being able to pull it completely out of the box. But I must say that the costumer service of the site has profoundly surprised me, a more than excellent service, I was speechless. Now I have my perfect (beautiful) piece of furniture. I will certainly be a regular customer of this chain!
