★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ,ieri sono andata su un vostro negozio (nel centro commerciale città delle stelle di Castel di lama)x cambiare un regalo ,nn abitando nella zona nn sono riuscita prima di ieri (ma comunque rimanevo nei 15 giorni )(il giorno di acquisto 26 /09/20 ieri il giorno del presunto cambio 11/10/20) E con una nn bella espressione... mi hanno detto che purtroppo non potevano cambiarlo perché eravamo fuori tempo...... adesso capisco perché quel negozio è sempre vuoto !!!!! Non aggiungo altro… Delusione totale!!!!
Un Consiglio... insegnategli a saper contare i giorni, non si conta mai dal giorno di acquisto ma si inizia dal giorno dopo???
Metto una stella xche Google non mi permette di mettere zero stelle!!!

A tip ... teach him to know how to count the days, you never count from the day of purchase but you start from the day after???

Questa mattina mia madre va a cambiarlo poiché decidiamo di fare un regalo di valore maggiore alla persona che deve riceverlo ma la commessa ci dice che se lo cambiavamo la persona che lo riceve non può più cambiarlo nel caso non gli piacesse. Decidiamo così di non cambiare il regalo per dare poi la possibilità alla persona che lo riceve di fare il cambio . Scelta aziendale a parer mio totalmente sbagliata. Sicuramente non lo consiglio e non ci tornerò più.
