La mattinata in effetti era partita molto bene la visita sull'isola di San Giulio veramente gestita molto bene ragazze molto brave nel coinvolgere i bambini nella ricerca della casa del Barone. Il paesino di Orta caratteristico e piacevole da visitare.... poi inizia, il tracollo ci dirigiamo verso il Parco, nonostante la posizione inviataci su Wa le indicazioni stradali veramente scarse. Arrivati il posto è trascurato e lasciato a sé stesso. Pranzo al sacco con un panino scongelato con una e dico una fettina di prosciutto cotto di scarsa qualità bottiglietta d'acqua e dolcetto. La ragazza che ci ha accompagnati nel pomeriggio assolutamente impreparata ha chiesto alle varie famiglie 5 o 6 volte chi fossimo, poi finalmente si è decisa a portarci alla ludoteca del "Bambino di Gesso" e lì ha lasciato giocare i bambini senza prestare loro la minima attenzione e senza fargli fare un laboratorio un disegno nulla, (prestate attenzione al letto su cui saltano i bambini è molto pericoloso dato che c'è un angolo da cui esce la struttura metallica della rete) e dopo circa un ora tutti fuori grazie e arrivederci..... si a mai più. Unica nota positiva del pomeriggio il parchetto vicino all'area pic nic in cui i bimbi hanno potuto giocare un po' all'aria aperta. Mentre il bambino di 4 anni stava sfogliando delicatamente i libri per poter scegliere quello che più preferiva la proprietaria glieli ha malamente strappati di mano causandone spavento e pianto. Al mio disappunto sulle modalità e dopo aver sottolineato che il bambino voleva acquistare i libri che stava sfogliando, suddetta proprietaria ribadisce che i libri non vanno toccati e che non si possono neanche sfogliare. Inutile dire che siamo usciti senza acquisto. Complimenti per la cortesia dimostrata verso i clienti più piccoli durante una manifestazione a loro dedicata. We went here for the Dragon Lake event. Consigliatissimo anche per compleanni. Great, helpful staff and always with a smile. Animation always active and large room for games and to make the little ones spend a nice day. Also highly recommended for birthdays.

My daughter had a lot of fun in the playroom: she took part in a "chocolate men" workshop: she used the molds to give life to the dough prepared by the animator.
