Questa pasticceria merita sicuramente il massimo dei voi e, ve lo dice un Catanese, la mia città si è sempre contraddistinta per la Pasticceria anche a livello Mondiale e non lo dico solo io. I pasticcini sono di una qualità enorme, dire buonissimi e quasi riduttivo. Io adoro il pistacchio, ho assaggiato il pasticcino con glassa di pistacchio, pan di spagna e crema di Pistacchio, vi assicuro che era una vera prelibatezza. Anche le torte sono qualcosa di speciale. Qui è tutto buonissimo. Per me la migliore pasticceria di tutto il Lago di Como. Anche se siete distanti più di qualche Km, fateveli, ne vale veramente la pena. Il top
 10 and praise. This pastry shop certainly deserves the best of you and, a Catanese tells you, my city has always distinguished itself for pastry also at a world level and I'm not just saying that. The pastries are of an enormous quality, to say very good and almost an understatement. I love pistachio, I tasted the pastry with pistachio glaze, sponge cake and Pistachio cream, I assure you it was a real delicacy. The cakes are also something special. Everything is delicious here. For me the best pastry in the whole of Lake Como. Even if you are more than a few kilometers away, do it, it's really worth it. The top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful pasticceria on Lake Como. Beautiful cakes and pastries, focaccia, piadine, bread, some gourmet items, wonderful people and service and fantastic capuccino. Easy parking (side street can be tricky to find) and great ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited Dongo and was immediately drawn towards this beautifully organised shop/cafe with an outside seating area and air conditioning. Plenty of parking outside. Prices here are realistic unlike the hiked prices shops were asking in Bellagio! Tips: don't buy in Bellagio!
Fantastic cakes and coffee are on offer to sit in or in their terrace area. Great selection of locally sourced bread, wine, pasta, cakes, desserts and Gelato! The wine selection were really impressive covering from €3 - €50+ Italian wines. Naturally we took our time selecting goods and souvenirs to pack into our camper-van, then we had an expresso and their delicious vanilla/lemon cake slice as a treat as our mid-shopping break. It appears to be popular with locals as well, as we saw a few locals popping in for a wee quick espresso or a cheeky glass of midday vino!
Spent a small fortune in the end, but well worth it!! The young lady was very helping in recommending best value and best tasting wines and spoke brilliant English. To our surprise, the lovely lady owner waivered our mid-shopping coffee and cake when we finally came to pay our bill!! Bellissimo!!!
Final word: Anyone visiting Dongo or Passing Dongo should pay this lovely place a wee visit and taste their local delights! Great atmosphere, great people with beautiful food, great wine and amazing local gelato! We plan to return in the future if we are in the area again!
