★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho deciso di chiamare l'assistenza ufficiale bosch in Arezzo e non li conosco assolutamente. Mi hanno sostituito la pompa riscaldante della lavastoviglie ad un prezzo adeguato rispetto a quello esagerato che mi era stato richiesto in precedenza da altro tecnico "locale" e solo per il pezzo in un altra occasione ....in pratica chiamata+lavoro+pezzo 50% in meno rispetto all'altro......peccato...per l'altro. Bravi e grazie
I decided to call the official bosch assistance in Arezzo and I absolutely don't know them. They replaced the dishwasher heating pump at an adequate price compared to the exaggerated one that I had previously been requested by another "local" technician and only for the piece on another occasion .... in practice call + job + piece 50 % less than the other ... shame ... for the other. Well done and thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serietà, competenza e professionalità. Non conoscevo questo centro assistenza. L'ho contattato per un guasto alla mia lavastoviglie Samsung. Avevo avuto altre esperienze con altri centri assistenza per guasti su elettrodomestici di altre marche e tutte negative. Mi aspettavo quindi l'ennesimo tecnico frettoloso che proponeva pezzi di ricambio a go go. Invece Luca si è prodigato nella ricerca del guasto e con pazienza ha controllato tutta la macchina fornendomi spiegazioni. Al termine mi ha detto di aver pulito una parte per tentare di evitarne la sostituzione . Se si fosse fermata di nuovo avrebbe dovuto sostituirla. Complimenti davvero al super tecnico e a tutta l'azienda.
Reliability, competence and professionalism. I didn't know this help center. I contacted him about a fault with my Samsung dishwasher. I had other experiences with other service centers for faults on other brands of appliances and all negative. So I was expecting yet another hasty technician who offered spare parts to go. Instead Luca did his utmost to find the fault and patiently checked the whole machine and provided me with explanations. At the end he told me that he had cleaned a part to try to avoid replacing it. If it stopped again he would have to replace it. Really compliments to the super technician and to the whole company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei mai pensato di risolvere il problema della mia lavatrice Bosch in un tempo record e assistito da Tecnici competenti e premurosi che hanno fatto l’impossibile per ridurre il disagio; il centro assistenza Galli e Villarecci fa onore al marchio Bosch.
I would never have thought of solving the problem of my Bosch washing machine in record time and assisted by competent and caring technicians who have done the impossible to reduce the inconvenience; the Galli and Villarecci service center honors the Bosch brand.
