Non credo acquisterò ancora presso di loro!
 I purchased a condenser microphone online by charging the owner's Postepay as a sign of trust, and having not received any invoice I had to request it leaving them my personal data to carry it out, but after some time I still have not received anything. I don't think I'll buy from them again!

Ho acquistato un basso cort dlx al miglior prezzo trovato sul web (ma stiamo parlando di una scontistica non da poco), il personale ha risposto a tutti i miei quesiti e ha proceduto all'invio del basso in tempi rapidissimi. Il prodotto è perfetto, già settato nelle sellette, integro e in un imballaggio a prova di bomba. Davvero complimenti, siete fantastici!

Il basso è integro, senza un graffio, nella sua custodia originale. Non l'ho ancora provato amplificato ma da spento non mostra nessuna anomalia. Il servizio clienti ha sempre risposto tempestivamente alle mie domande via email. Negozio consigliatissimo, meglio dei grandi colossi del web.
I purchased an Orange electric bass on 07.07.2019 at the best price on the market. Product delivered 12, in perfect packaging requirements. The bass is intact, without a scratch, in its original case. I have not tried it yet but amplified from off does not show any abnormality. Customer service has always responded promptly to my questions via email. Shop recommended, better than the big giants of the web.

2 mesi prima del Covid-19, mi venne detto 15 gg di attesa al massimo. Pagamento anticipato per intero. Non ci sono scuse. Mai più. Per scusarsi del terribile ritardo mi venne promesso un'omaggio in set di corde mai ricevute. Delusione totale.
Experience to forget .. lightness and lack of professionalism in the negotiation phase. I received the guitar after 3 months.
2 months before Covid-19, I was told 15 days of waiting at the most. Prepayment in full. There are no excuses. Never again. To apologize for the terrible delay, I was promised a tribute in sets of strings never received. Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una scheda audio Behringer tramite internet pagando regolarmente con PayPal, non ricevendo mai la fattura di acquisto. Al momento no me ne sono accorto e siccome la scheda è arrivata e funzionava normalmente non ho sollecitato altro. A distanza di un anno e mezzo la scheda smette di funzionare. Contatto la Behringer per la riparazione in garanzia ma hanno bisogno della fattura che deve essere emessa da un rivenditore autorizzato in Italia (non è il caso di questo negozio). Contatto il negozio che si limita a rispondermi che devo riparare la scheda a mie spese da qualche tecnico non specializzato nella mia città, non fornendomi alcuna soluzione. Attendo una vostra risposta, i clienti vanno supportati anche nella fase di post-vendita. Mi trovo a buttare una scheda che esteticamente è nuova, usata pochissimo.
I bought a Behringer sound card over the internet and paid regularly with PayPal, never receiving the purchase invoice. At the moment I didn't notice it and since the card arrived and worked normally I didn't ask for anything else. After a year and a half, the card stops working. I contact Behringer for warranty repair but they need the invoice which must be issued by an authorized dealer in Italy (not the case with this shop). I contact the shop which merely replies that I have to repair the card at my expense by some unskilled technician in my city, not providing me with any solution. I await your response, customers must also be supported in the post-sales phase. I find myself throwing a card that is aesthetically new, used very little.
