Ho provato altri laboratori ma nessuno è al loro livello. Una menzione d'onore all'infermiera Barbara e al dott. Tiralti. Fast professionals good and also cheap. I've been going there for years and it's getting better and better. Now with online answers it's even more practical. I have tried other labs but none are at their level. An honorable mention to Nurse Barbara and Dr. Tiralti.

Sul cartellino c’era scritto dalle 12:00-13:00 sarebbero state pronte ma dopo la sollecitazione delle 15:30... ancora niente. Per carità! Mai più. The doctor and the staff are kind but unfortunately, doing the quantitative serological cost me 10 € more than in all the other laboratories in Perugia and I haven't received the results yet. On the card it was written from 12: 00-13: 00 they would be ready but after the solicitation of 15:30 ... still nothing. For charity! Never again.

Locali piccoli e angusti ma solitamente lo smaltimento della fila è rapido, i risultati sono puntuali e possono essere recapitati anche per email. L’assistenza telefonica è carente, a volte mi hanno fornito informazioni dissonanti. The laboratory is not bad, they perform multiple analyzes and investigations in a short time. Small and cramped rooms but usually the disposal of the queue is quick, the results are punctual and can also be delivered by email. Telephone assistance is lacking, at times they provided me with dissonant information.

Ebbene si perché appena sono entrata stamattina sono rimasta incredibilmente stupita dal sorriso con cui ci ha subito accolto Barbara! E questo è il minimo... La cosa pazzesca è che quando mi ha detto che il prelievo era finito non ci potevo credere. Non ho sentito assolutamente nulla! È proprio vero che sono le persone a fare la differenza in qualsiasi posto di lavoro! In conclusione... Laboratorio consigliatissimo e se ci andate cercate di Barbara...a me tutti dicono che sono fotonica ma lei è... Fotonica fotonica fotonica! A	Adriana De Alberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto grandissimi problemi ad effettuare i prelievi di sangue a causa delle mie vene finissime, profonde e sguscianti e ormai da anni mi sono affidata ai professionisti di questo laboratorio di analisi cliniche che cercano sempre di farmi il prelievo nel modo migliore possibile. Questa mattina le dottoresse Barbara e Lucia si sono prodigate in modo particolare per riuscire a riempire ben 8 provette per le mie analisi di routine e quelle consigliate dal protocollo post COVID e lo hanno fatto con impegno e mantenendo sempre la calma ed il loro sorriso. Ringrazio loro ed anche la gentilissima addetta alla parte burocratica (di cui non conosco il nome) che è stata altrettanto gentile e professionale. Qualcuno si lamenta che bisogna fare una lunga coda all’esterno a causa delle precauzioni per la pandemia ma in momenti come questo meglio attendere un po’ ma sapere che l’ambiente è in sicurezza sia per noi che per chi ci lavora. I thank them and also the very kind person in charge of the bureaucratic part (whose name I don't know) who was equally kind and professional. Someone complains that there is a long queue outside because of the precautions for the pandemic, but at times like this it is better to wait a bit but to know that the environment is safe for both us and those who work there. In questo centro analisi non solo cortesia e professionalità sono al primo posto, ma la ragazza di nome Azzurra non solo è riuscita al primo tentativo di prelievo ma non me ne sono nemmeno accorta e soprattutto non mi è venuto nemmeno l ematoma. Veramente veramente brava!!! Grazie Azzurra!!! I state that taking a blood sample is difficult on my arms, In every analysis center that I have been in over 40 years, at least three attempts are made to me each time. In this analysis center not only courtesy and professionalism are in first place, but the girl named Azzurra not only succeeded in the first sampling attempt but I did not even notice it and above all I did not even have a hematoma.
