Oggi ho assistito ad una scena in cui il proprietario urlava contro una signora davanti a me, apparentemente rimproverandola per il fatto di volere qualche suggerimento di troppo sull'utilizzo di un prodotto acquistato lì. It is a well-stocked shop, but on many of the occasions I have been here I have been confronted with unkind and rude attitudes from the managers. Today I witnessed a scene where the owner yelled at a lady in front of me, apparently berating her for wanting too many suggestions on using a product purchased there.

In altre ferramenta avrei speso la metà ma più che altro non avrei trovato una persona indisponente e scocciata di avere un cliente. Non ha immensi spazi dove curiosare girovagando tra strane cose, ma è un negozio a misura di essere umano, entri, aspetti il tuo turno, chiedi ciò di cui hai bisogno ed il gioco è fatto. Il suo punto di forza ( per le mie esigenze) sono le chiavi, in special modo quelle grosse "di una volta". Se loro non possono aiutarti è difficile che possa farlo qualcun'altro a Perugia. È la prima ferramenta a cui mi rivolgo. A well-stocked hardware store with quality products. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. It does not have huge spaces where you can browse and wander among strange things, but it is a shop made to measure for human beings, you enter, wait for your turn, ask for what you need and that's it. Its strong point (for my needs) are the keys, especially the big ones "of the past". If they can't help you, it's hard for someone else in Perugia to do it. It is the first hardware store I turn to.

Ad esempio oggi ho acquistato un filo per la messa a terra da 2.5, al metro, al prezzo di 0,50€ (iva inclusa). Il negozio non è grande, e spesso c'è un po' di fila, però sono ben attrezzati, ed al banco stanno almeno in due persone; se avete un problema da risolvere, loro sapranno consigliarvi al meglio perché conoscono bene i prodotti che hanno in vendita (il padre fa questo mestiere da 50 anni).
