Service to say the least fantastic, I found kindness, collaboration and a lot of patience from the people at the switchboard, always very helpful. I must say that the 3 times I called for 3 different appointments I was very satisfied. Thanks again for the humanity that you reserve for us users

Il mio medico da alcuni mesi ha attivato questo servizio per potergli parlare / fissare un appuntamento ; è quindi OBBLIGATORIO passare da un call center che dovrebbe rispondere dalle 8 alle 11 del mattino.
Bene, è praticamente impossibile prendere contatto perché il servizio è assolutamente inefficiente.
Ho telefonato in 7 diversi giorni per un totale di oltre 100 chiamate al giorno che mi hanno impegnato durante tutta la fascia oraria prevista. Il miglior risultato che ho ottenuto è stato essere messo in attesa di risposta per circa 20-30 minuti con successiva caduta della chiamata.
Oggi sono riuscito a parlare con una persona che al posto di scusarsi ha sostenuto che fosse tutto normale. Assurdo!!
Tutt'ora attendo di riuscire a prendere il mio appuntamento...
It is the entity that manages the appointments of my health care doctor; person of undoubted competence.
For some months my doctor has activated this service to be able to talk to him / make an appointment; it is therefore MANDATORY to go to a call center which should answer from 8 to 11 in the morning.
Well, it is practically impossible to make contact because the service is absolutely inefficient.
I phoned in 7 different days for a total of over 100 calls a day that kept me busy throughout the scheduled time slot. The best result I got was being put on hold for an answer for about 20-30 minutes and the call was dropped.
Today I was able to talk to a person who instead of apologizing claimed that everything was normal. Absurd!!
I am still waiting to be able to make my appointment ...
