★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo recensione da parte di un parente sperando di poter far evitare ad altre persone problemi.
Da anni mio padre si è recato qui per acquistone riparazione.
Quasi 2 settimane fa ha portato un paio di occhiali chiedendo se era possibile riparare e già si è dimostrato disinteressato ma per non dire "no" finge di fare una prova dicendo che faceva sapere.. visto che non ha più ricevuto chiamata mio padre si reca direttamente in studio perché per telefono erano irraggiungibili già questo fa capire molto..una volta li trova un 80 enne (proprietario)che gli nega di aver lasciato gli occhiali da loro dopo 30 minuti e dietro minaccia di denuncia magicamente gli occhiali riappaiono dietro a scuse pietose (per non dire di peggio) e nella stessa identica posizione in cui erano stati messi settimane prima,dicendo che gli avevano rimandati indietro perché irreparabili,ultimi pietosi modi di persone che non sanno più dove andare a parare..mio consiglio rivolto a clienti evitate in assoluto,al personale dopo una certa età invece di fare ste figure state a casa.

For years my father has been going here to buy repairs.
Almost 2 weeks ago he brought a pair of glasses asking if it was possible to repair and he has already shown himself disinterested but in order not to say "no" he pretends to do a test saying that he did know .. since he has not received a call anymore my father goes directly in the studio because by phone they were unreachable already this makes us understand a lot .. once an 80 year old (owner) finds them who denies him having left his glasses from them after 30 minutes and under threat of complaint the glasses magically reappear behind an apology pitiful (to say the least) and in the exact same position in which they had been placed weeks before, saying that they had sent them back because they were irreparable, last pitiful ways of people who no longer know where to go ... my advice to customers absolutely avoid, to the staff after a certain age instead of making these figures stay at home.
