Personale sanitario qualificato, preparato, efficiente e soprattutto dotato di una grande capacità empatica, valore aggiunto dell'organico operante in questo settore. Per esigenze personali ho dovuto più volte cambiar turno, trovando una grande disponibilità da parte del personale addetto ai servizi di segreteria. Servizi igienici quasi sempre trovati puliti, eccezion fatta per alcuni casi non dipesi da un'inadeguatezza del personale di pulizia, ma più dal mancato buonsenso di alcuni Ineducati erranti. Sul sito parlano dell'attenzione al paziente,uno su 10 pazienti che chiamano in contemporanea il nome della povera fisioterapista che esprime " anche oggi ce la devo fare",il front office ti manda a cambiare i soldi per tutta brindisi perché non usa la chiave del cassetto per cambiarli e dopo aver espressamente specificato,che volevo ritirare il resto il giorno dopo,si decide ad aprire il cassetto,ma la cosa più inquietante è il fisiatra,sbrigativo e arrogante,dopo aver sbagliato la terapia chiediamo un nuovo incontro e senza trovare una soluzione alternativa magari consigliandoci una terapia da affiancare,cosa fa? manda una persona di 30 anni presso un altra struttura per terapie invasive,sconsigliatissime da altro dottore al quale ci siamo rivolti. Inoltre avevamo chiesto nuovamente un incontro con la responsabile che avrebbe dovuto accoglierci,dopo le lamentele,ma non ci ha più neanche richiamato. Cosa dire,rivolgetevi altrove. Una struttura che sconsiglio a tutti i miei colleghi della LEONARDO e NON. GALENO?
