Mi è stata negata immediatamente la cura, e non mi è stata posta un'alternativa.. in modo molto sgarbato. Ho fatto presente che i pazienti non si trattano così anzi insieme si cerca una soluzione o si propone una visita. Se chi ha risposto è la segretaria, come si è presentata, sicuramente non sa fare il suo lavoro facendo perdere pazienti alla dottoressa e togliendo possibilità di cura alla paziente!
