Tutto originale, tutto etichettato, confezionato alla perfezione e anche molto profumato. Personale gentilissimo e qualità prezzo sono di pari passo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Avevo avuto un piccolo problemino nel primo acquisto che avevano dimenticato la confezione regalo ma subito dopo averli contattati mi hanno spedito la busta regalo. Gentilissimi veramente... complimenti... Non vanno bene 5 stelle bensì molto di più.

Scrivo alla gioielleria per chiedere un cambio, dato il poco tempo passato confidavo nella garanzia, ma non ho avuto ALCUN riscontro, neanche per avere una risposta negativa.

Sul sito ci sono spesso articoli in promozione che ti permettono un piccolo risparmio a paragone dei siti ufficiali che propongono il solito articolo a prezzo pieno. Nonostante ciò sono prodotti nuovi e ancora imballati, quindi non troverai mai oggetti di seconda mano o difettati.
Consigliatissimo soprattutto se si cercano regalini a un prezzo giusto e comunque di marca per amici e familiari!

Transazione senza problemi, rispondono al telefono per dubbi o altro, oggetto conforme a ciò che vedevo, nuovo, con scatola ed imballo completamente originale,senza difetti scontrino fiscale regolare.
Ordine evaso quasi immediatamente, ordinato il 29/12 sera, arrivato 03/01.
Date le festività in mezzo, direi perfetto.
Non ho motivo di lamentarmi di nulla, soddisfatto, ritornerò
