Arrivato della misura sbagliata e fatto pagare quasi il doppio del prezzo indicato, con l'ingannevole affermazione che si trattava di un prodotto più indicato per il mio problema. Chiesto il cambio, poiché data la disonestà con cui è stata condotta tutta la questione non mi sono fidata a restituire la fascia lombare senza alcuna garanzia, mi è stato detto che a causa covid i tempi non sarebbero stati brevissimi. Da fine novembre non ho avuto più notizie. Tra l'altro nel pacchetto non c'era ricevuta o scontrino di alcun tipo. La peggiore impresa commerciale con cui mi sia capitato di trattare
Ordered produced by telephone. Arrived the wrong size and charged almost double the price indicated, with the misleading claim that it was a more suitable product for my problem. Asked for the change, since given the dishonesty with which the whole matter was conducted I did not trust to return the lumbar belt without any guarantee, I was told that due to covid the times would not be very short. I haven't had any news since the end of November. Among other things, in the package there was no receipt or receipt of any kind. The worst business venture I've ever dealt with

After some request, the company discovered one problem with shipment company and Gafitex send me another new item (fast and perfect).
Advice: if u have a problem, ask for GAFITEX about it (no spikenergy).
