Deludente l'assistenza "Gaerne" che in sintesi, nonostante la mia vicinanza alla loro sede (15 minuti), accetta contatti solo da negozianti. Quindi: trova quello che lo fa e affronta le eventuali spese. Soluzione: ho portato lo stivale da un calzolaio che con pochi euro ha incollato la suola. I contacted their customer service about mtb shoe replacement parts, which were not available from retailers, and they were exquisite.

I had no receipt but my go-to store MCAS agreed they weren't used much and put forward a goodwill repair. Despite being inside the 2 year warranty, they wanted a receipt. I couldn't get one and did say they were a gift. Regardless, Gaerne Italy said it is up to the distributor if they will honour and exception. The head company did not want anything to do with it. So, a lead company didn't want to back up their product and left it to a distributor, Casson's Australia, who couldn't see pad the fact to get a pair from head office to replace them. I finally found an honest shoe repairer independently of the recommended ones by dealers of which home could actually fix it. Then I'm going to sell them. Stylish shoes, but no honour. Goodbye Gaerne.

Now they came in my size, but the left shoe is sewn slightly crookedly. you can see everything in the photo. this makes it unpleasant to wear. I’m already tired of all this, and I don’t want to hear suggestions that I should send them back again and have them changed to me. it will take a lot of time and effort. I ordered shoes on the bike discount website. I am not pleased that such a well-known company can make such mistakes. When buying shoes for 150 € I thought they would be perfect.
