I only wasted time on the sale of my property they wanted 8 percent there is no such figure plus VAT I have not signed any mandate I will contact another agency

Excellent agency. Staff Serious, professional and very helpful. Personalmete my vote is 10. I have been a customer of them from 2010 to 2020, first for the renting of my property and then for the sale of the same. I highly recommend anyone looking for a house in Todi or in the surrounding area to contact this agency. You will be satisfied.

As I reflected and adjusted my negotiating stance Beatrice was supportive and quick to assist. After a successful negotiation and closing she was still available to advise and facilitate some of the necessary additional documentation to be completed regarding the purchase.
