★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gabetti, storico marchio immobiliare Torinese fondata negli anni ‘50, da sempre punto di riferimento per serietà dei suoi intermediari.
Lascia perplessi come il franchising possa mettere in discussione il prestigioso nome senza verificarne anche sporadicamente il modus operandi dei loro affiliati.
Estremamente delusi e increduli per come sia stata gestita la nostra esperienza d’acquisto.
Ciò che ci lascia davvero basiti è che la nostra pratica non sia stata seguita da collaboratori con scarsa esperienza, ma dal titolare dell’agenzia!
Molteplici le problematiche affrontate, documentazioni basilari mancanti, continue sollecitazioni per scarsa documentazione, risposte incomplete, danni in appartamento non dichiarati, non conformità dell’immobile prima della messa in vendita, altre problematiche riscontrate alla consegna chiavi.
Stupidi noi a non aver controllato meglio le recensioni “positive” molte di esse sono di utenti con una sola ed unica recensione.
In buona sostanza…

Gabetti, historic Turin real estate brand founded in the 1950s, has always been a point of reference for the seriousness of its intermediaries.
It is perplexing how the franchise can question the prestigious name without even sporadically verifying the modus operandi of their affiliates.
Extremely disappointed and incredulous at how our shopping experience was handled.
What leaves us really stunned is that our practice was not followed by collaborators with little experience, but by the owner of the agency!
Multiple problems faced, missing basic documentation, continuous solicitations for poor documentation, incomplete answers, undeclared damage to the apartment, non-compliance of the property before being put on sale, other problems encountered at the delivery of the keys.
Stupid us for not having checked the “positive” reviews better, many of them are from users with one and only one review.

Il giorno in cui sono andato a vedere l'appartamento che sto acquistando Luca mi ha detto subito com'era la situazione e le condizioni d'acquisto in maniera chiara e senza nascondere nulla.
Mi sto trovando molto bene perché sono sempre disponibili e per qualsiasi dubbio, mi è bastato passare in agenzia o scrivere su WhatsApp.
Credo che per l'acquisto di una casa la tranquillità sia davvero la cosa più importante, se non ti fidi dell'agenzia passerai un brutto periodo tra ansia e paura, con Gabetti sto acquistando un maniera serena.
Quindi metto una recensione da 5 stelle per l'affidabilità e la disponibilità offerta. Grazie!!
