Dopo aver avuto la conferma dell’agente immobiliare su una proposta di affitto, telefonicamente accettata il 14 di agosto, e dopo due settimane di assoluto silenzio da parte dell’agenzia e ripetute chiamate, certo l’agente era in ferie, sono dovuto recarmi personalmente in agenzia per poter parlare con qualcuno e avere l’appuntamento per firmare il contratto, ci siamo trovati oggi alla firma del contratto insieme ai proprietari a capire che il proprietario non aveva accettato la nostra offerta dimostrando al agente l’email che gli aveva mandato il 12 agosto e che lui nemmeno aveva letto. Permettendo che nel frattempo il proprietario aveva anche comprato la cucina ! Grande incompetenza, non raccomando questa agenzia a nessuno !

In the meantime, the owner had also bought the kitchen! Great incompetence, I don't recommend this agency to anyone!
