M	Marco My on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una realtà che avrebbe un certo potenziale: location accogliente, discrete proposte, signorina gentilissima e disponibile ma la estrema mancanza di elasticità e l'assoluta propensione, da parte del titolare, solo per il "venditore" rende tutto vano ed effimero. Praticamente i potenziali acquirenti degli immobili, che ha questo signore in gestione, non possono neanche formulare una qualsiasi controproposta, sia vicina che distante al prezzo richiesto. Il titolare si limita a guardarli con sguardi di sufficienza chiudendo a priori, ogni possibilità di trattativa e facendoli quasi sentire fuori posto. Non funziona così. Il suo compito è ricevere, con estrema gentilezza, qualsiasi controproposta, prospettarla nel migliore dei modi al venditore, cercando di portarlo a miti consigli e con "una botta al cerchio e una alla botte", mirare alla conclusione della compravendita. Ed invece lui si limita a rifiutare, seccato, qualsiasi controproposta che si discosti anche minimamente dal prezzo richiesto, lasciando "per strada" ogni oculato e attento potenziale acquirente. Voglio sperare, per lui, che negli ultimi mesi e grazie anche alla pandemia abbia saputo limare questo aspetto non edificante della sua professionalità perché sarebbe un vero peccato: i presupposti per essere una bella realtà locale, ci sarebbero tutti. Practically the potential buyers of the properties, which this gentleman has in management, cannot even formulate any counter-proposal, both close and distant to the requested price. The owner limits himself to looking at them with self-righteous looks, closing a priori any possibility of negotiation and making them almost feel out of place. It does not work like that. His task is to receive, with extreme kindness, any counter-proposal, to present it in the best possible way to the seller, trying to lead him to mild advice and with "a blow to the circle and one to the barrel", aiming at the conclusion of the sale. And instead he just refuses, annoyed, any counter-proposal that deviates even minimally from the asking price, leaving every prudent and careful potential buyer "on the street". I want to hope, for him, that in recent months and thanks also to the pandemic he has been able to file this non-edifying aspect of his professionalism because it would be a real shame: the conditions for being a beautiful local reality would all be there.

Io mi sono trovata molto molto bene. La professionalità e la cortesia sono fondamentali per me e in questa agenzia ho trovato un servizio di altissimo livello. Il proprietario non vuole vendere a tutti i costi ma, anzi, cerca di capire davvero le esigenze e trovare la soluzione migliore per il cliente! Mi sento vivamente di consigliare quest'agenzia se volete mettervi in mani sicure e competenti. I don't understand the negative reviews, maybe the gentlemen think they want to do business at no cost and then get disappointed by the harsh reality of the market? I found myself very very well. Professionalism and courtesy are essential for me and in this agency I have found a very high level of service. The owner does not want to sell at all costs but, on the contrary, tries to really understand the needs and find the best solution for the customer! I feel strongly about recommending this agency if you want to put yourself in safe and competent hands.
