SONO IL TOP...5 STELLE SONO VERAMENTE POCHE ...E POI OVUNQUE TI GIRI IL CAOS C'E' SOLO LI CHISSA' PERCHE'.... ;) WHEN I GO TO CASALVELINO THE FIRST STOP IS AT THE PIAZZETTA .... AND WHO HE SHAKE TO WAIT FOR A POCHINO .... THE STAFF IS GENTILISSIMO, THE GRAFFA ... THE CORNETS ... THE TOP ... THE 5 STARS ARE REALLY A FEW ... AND THEN EVERYWHERE YOU CHOOSE THE CHAOS THERE IS ONLY THE CHISSA 'WHY' ....;)
A	Antonio Catapano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un bar che non consiglierei proprio siccome a mio parere non è capace di soddisfare il cliente, tralasciando il fatto che il carattere del proprietario non è affatto gradevole, poichè scorbutico e sgarbato. Quando il cameriere ci porta quello che abbiamo ordinato, poiché era in difficoltà a causa dei tavolini troppi bassi, lo abbiamo aiutato prendendo il piatto contenente i cornetti. Tralasciando il fatto che il piatto fosse troppo piccolo per contenere 3 cornetti, ne cade uno. Il cameriere gentilmente dice che ce ne porta un altro, ma al suo ritorno ci dice che questo ulteriore cornetto lo dobbiamo pagare. Nulla da togliere a questa “filosofia” di commercio, ma la cosa più sconcertante è stata che alla richiesta dello scontrino fiscale, non solo la cassiera ha avuto un’espressione di disappunto, è subentrato nel dialogo il proprietario per specificare che siamo stati noi a far cadere il cornetto. Da premettere che al tavolo abbiamo pagato il cameriere senza fare storie, il proprietario non ha voluto sapere in nessun modo la nostra versione dei fatti ponendosi in maniera sgarbata e aggressiva, bensì ci ha cacciato dal bar, tenuto inoltre male siccome i tavolini erano rotti, sporchi con assenza di tovaglioli e zucchero e non ci hanno portato nemmeno un bicchiere di acqua pur avendo speso 13,50€. In sostanza in questo “esercizio” IL CLIENTE NON HA MAI RAGIONE. I give a star just because you can't put 0. This morning we went to this bar to have breakfast. Ho chiesto una bottiglia di latte Zimil per la bambina e mi hanno risposto che darebbero un disservizio a chi potrebbe ordinare un cappuccino! Gli ho allora ordinato 4 cappuccini freddi nella bottiglia e si sono rifiutati. Scortesi arroganti e pure cretini! Mi hanno detto di andare al deco che forse era ancora aperto! Unkind and rude. I asked for a bottle of Zimil milk for the child and they replied that they would give a disservice to those who could order a cappuccino! I then ordered 4 cold cappuccinos in the bottle and refused. La simpatia della titolare è un valore aggiunto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
