★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 15 anni che vivo ad asti non mi è mai capitata l’occasione di servirmi in questo negozio preferendo sempre la “concorrenza” presente in città, semplicemente per una questione di comodità. Stamattina la stessa comodità mi ha portato in questo negozio per chiedere della possibilità di sostituire un tacco dei miei scarponi da sci. Dopo il saluto di circostanza e aver spiegato il problema mi viene detto “non si può fare, devi buttarli via”, alludendo anche a qualcosa sulla sicurezza. Il tutto senza guardare gli scarponi che avevo con me. Perplesso saluto e vado dalla “concorrenza” che senza esitare mi chiede di vedere dove fosse il problema sugli scarponi risolvendolo con il tempo necessario per andare a prendere il pezzo di ricambio in magazzino.
L’unica stella che posso dare non è tanto per quello che mi è stato detto, che già mi ha infastidito, ma che è stato detto senza guardare il difetto, senza dimostrare il minimo interesse nei confronti del cliente. Questa non è professionalità. Male male ...
In 15 years I live in asti I never had the opportunity to serve me in this shop always preferring the "competition" in the city, simply for a matter of comfort. This morning the same comfort took me to this shop to ask for the possibility of replacing a heel of my ski boots. After the factual greeting and having explained the problem I am told "you can not do it, you have to throw it away", also referring to something about safety. All without looking at the boots I had with me. Perplexed and I go to the "competition" that without hesitation asks me to see where the problem was on the boots by solving it with the time needed to go and get the spare part in the warehouse.
The only star I can give is not so much for what I was told, which already annoyed me, but that was said without looking at the defect, without showing the slightest interest in the client. This is not professionalism. Bad bad ...
