Sono entrata per un acquisto e nonostante avessi chiesto aiuto, questo mi è stato negato perché la signora era "in tutt'altre faccende affaccendata". Dopo aver trovato da sola ciò di cui ero alla ricerca, scoprendo per caso il prezzo che non era quello riportato sul cartellino (ammetto che mi è stato fatto uno sconto) mi sono recata in cassa. Arrivata al momento del pagamento ho chiesto se fosse possibile pagare con il bancomat e tra un ennesimo sbuffo ed espressioni fortemente contrariate mi è stato detto che, nonostante ci fosse il pos, preferiva che si effettasse il pagamento cartaceo perché non c'era la volontà di pagare la commissione. Non avendo soldi con me, non avevo alternativa e con entremo nervosismo da parte del personale ho concluso, da sola e senza il suo supporto, la transazione con il bancomat. Ciò che più mi spiace è che la merce venduta è di qualità elevata, originale ed interessante; ma ahimè ho deciso che non entrerò più in questo negozio. Il cliente ha bisogno di attenzioni e non di sbuffi ed espressioni di noia o di nervosismo.
One star is too much for this shop with grumpy and rude staff. I went in for a purchase and although I asked for help, I was denied this because the lady was "busy in a completely different business". After finding by myself what I was looking for, discovering by chance the price that was not the one shown on the tag (I admit that I was given a discount) I went to the cashier. When I arrived at the time of payment I asked if it was possible to pay with an ATM and between yet another puff and strongly opposed expressions I was told that, despite the pos, he preferred that the payment be made on paper because there was no will to pay the commission. Having no money with me, I had no alternative and with great nervousness from the staff I concluded, alone and without her support, the transaction with the ATM. What I regret most is that the goods sold are of high quality, original and interesting; but alas I have decided that I will not enter this shop again. The customer needs attention and not snorts and expressions of boredom or nervousness.
